Inspiring recipes for the Thermomix

Lamb with Ginger and Chilli

Ok so you are going to think I've gone mad but bear with me!!  This dish is originally from Jamie Oliver's 15 minute meal book.  I have made it his way many times and it is super scrummy but I just find it frustrating standing over a frypan and getting the timing just right.  So I decided to see if I could make it as good in the Thermomix.  Ah YES!!!  So whilst it may now take 40 minutes to cook I am ok with that as I am off busying myself with other things plus it makes it easier to time the whole meal together.  This is packed full of delicious flavours and melt in the mouth lamb.  My photo isn't the best so it will be updated when I next make it (which will be very soon).  Hope you enjoy.
