I love a quick and easy pasta, this one was effortless and a nice change from chicken or beef! Enjoy. Eb x
- 1 brown onion, peeled and halved
- 1 large garlic clove
- 20g oil
- 80g vegetable stock paste
- 300g cream
- 700g water
- Big handful of fresh oregano (or chopped basil, parsley – whatever herb)
- 40g Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 300g fettuccini
- 2 skinless salmon fillets cubed
- 150g frozen peas
- Feta to serve
Place onion and garlic in the bowl and chop on Speed 6 for 3 seconds.
Add oil and saute for 5 minutes at Varoma Speed 1.
Add stock, water, cream, herbs, Worcestershire and seasoning and cook for 20 minutes at 100deg Reverse Soft (Spoon) Speed. Once going add pasta through the MC.
Meanwhile place the salmon in your Thermoserver and top with the peas.
Once the pasta is cooked, pour over the salmon and use your spatula to mix through. Allow to sit for 10-15 minutes. Serve with feta crumbled over the top.
