An old favourite for some! Thought I’d give making these a burl...Easy Peasy and great for a weekend lunch or picnic food as they are easily transported and taste great cold. Bek x
- 1kg sausage meat
- 6 eggs
- ½ cup flour
- 4 slices bread
- ½ bunch parsley
- 100g parmesan cheese
Place eggs in TMX basket and half fill jug with water. Cook for 12 minutes Varoma speed 1. Set aside.
Dry jug and add parsley, cheese and bread and blitz speed 7 for 10 seconds until fine crumbs. Place in a bowl.
Peel eggs and toss in flour. Divide sausage meat into six portions. Pat out with damp hands into a round circle and place egg in centre enclosing in sausage meat. Roll in breadcrumbs and bake in 180 degree oven until brown and crispy.
