Inspiring recipes for the Thermomix

Cheese Biscuits (with Dukkah)

I grew up on these biscuits because they are my dads favourite.  He used to call them Cheese Straws because the dough was rolled out then cut lengthways.  A family bbq was incomplete without them.  This recipe has been handed down through a few generations and now that my parents are the owners of a Thermomix I thought I best convert it for them.  It was incredibly easy!!  I added a twist too, whilst my dad loves to decorate his with poppy seeds, I rolled some of mine in dukkah and my kids and I thought they were FABULOUS!!  Maybe they will be a family favourite for you too!  Eb x
