We didn't get to have our Sunday cook up this weekend so I had plenty of bacon in the fridge. Tonights dinner was simply yummy. I had thought of adding some cream at the end but to be honest it didn't need it. It was creamy without the cream!!! And with delicious mashed spuds on top it made this a perfect winter dinner. I hope you enjoy too. Eb x
