This was delicious and will be a regular on my dinner table! - Bek :)
6 Chicken thigh fillets, cutlets or chicken breasts (whatever you prefer)
- 2tbsp olive oil
- 100g cream
- 100g chicken stock
- 1tsp dried oregano
- 50g your favourite mustard – wholegrain, Dijon, American
- Salt and pepper to taste
Add oil to Frypan and brown chicken until cooked through. Remove and place in warm oven
Meanwhile add remainder of ingredients to TMX bowl and mix 10 seconds speed 5.
Pour mustard mix into frypan to deglaze over medium heat. Add chicken back to pan with resting juices and stir through. Serve with mash and greens.
