One of my best friends (Sharyn) was in search of slice that could use up all the cereal bits, you know the crumbs left at the bottom of the box that the kids won't eat. Put this one together and made a healthy, sugar free slice that the kids will eat! Use whatever dried fruit you prefer and grab any cereal from muesli or weetbix. Amber x
- 420g left over cereal and oats
- 320g dried fruit
- 1/4 cup of water
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 260g of liquid (water/juice/coconut water)
- Honey to taste (optional)
Preheat oven to 160 deg.
Put everything in the bowl and mix on Speed 5 for 40 seconds or until combined.
Line a lamington tray with baking paper and spread mix into tray, pushing down to compact.
Bake for 30-40 minutes
