Bakes are always a winner and this is right up there with one of the best! A winner for the whole family. Bek x
- 1 TMX steamed chicken (or a shop bought bbq chicken)
- 250g cheese
- 1 leek
- 5 potatoes thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1tbsp American mustard
- 1 tbsp TMX vegie stock concentrate
- 3 tbsp thickened cream
- 200ml water
Grate cheese and set aside – Speed 8 for 7 seconds
Slice leek and place in TMX with a drizzle of olive oil and sauté for 4 mins at 100 degrees Speed 1.
Layer half potato slices in the bottom of a casserole dish, sprinkle over sautéed leek.
Remove chicken meat from chicken and spread evenly over leek and potato.
In TMX bowl add remainder of ingredients and mix 5 seconds speed 5
Pour half over chicken, leek and potato mixture. Top with remainder of sliced potatoes and pour over remainder of cream mixture.
Top with grated cheese and bake in 180 degree oven for approximately 1.5 hours.
