Cajun Pork Meatballs

Meatballs are so versatile, you can put anything in you like in the mince to make them tasty!  These were no exception. Bek x

  • 500g pork mince
  • 1 cut in quarters onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 2 slices day old bread
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • ½ tsp white pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • 1 egg

Put all ingredients except pork in TMX bowl and turbo pulse with lid in closed position 4  - 5 times

Add in pork mix and turbo pulse 4-5 times with lid in closed position.  If not quite mixed, using spatula to help, mix speed 5 for about 5 seconds until completely mixed

Roll into balls and fry in a little olive oil

Serve with TMX mash, asparagus and warmed Wattle Valley Delish Dips Capsicum and Feta drizzled over the top
