A great starter to a meal and using fresh ingredients, these are delicious. Change the herbs and flavours to your liking and dip in some Sweet Chilli Sauce. Amber x

- 300g chicken tenderloins
- 30g Kecap manis
- 30g Soy sauce
- 15g ginger
- 1 garlic clove
- Grated carrot
- Lettuce sliced
- Herbs chopped
- Vermicelli noodles (small pack)
- Rice paper rolls
Place chicken in a separate bowl. Add garlic and ginger to bowl and chop on Speed 7 for 3 seconds. Add to chicken along with soy sauce and kecap manis. Marinade overnight (or minimum of 1 hour).
Add 500g water to bowl and cook chicken in Varoma for 25 minutes at Varoma Speed 4. Once cooked empty water and shred chicken on Speed 5 for 3 seconds.
Cook noodles according to pack instructions.
Combine all ingredients together in a separate bowl and roll into rice paper rolls.
