Nachos Bake

Always a winner with the children and the young at heart.  In this instance, I cook mince in the fry pan for a better result texture wise.  Not a crumb is left when I serve this up to the table.  Also a quick and easy share with friends dish as it can be plonked in the middle of the table and everyone can just dig in!  Enjoy – Bek x
