Cinnamon Bread

A delicious afternoon tea treat which will help use up any buttermilk you have leftover from making butter!!  This recipe makes two loaves so a great recipe if you want one for yourself and one to give away.  When I made it I used a spoon to marble the cinnamon through but I have included this as a step for the Thermomix because I think it will have a better end result.  The cinnamon sugar on top gives it a lovely crust.
