So great to make a biscuit you can say yes to and often. Both of my girls enjoyed these and so did I. My first batch had cranberries and white chocolate to please everyone but next time I will make without the chocolate, cranberries are sweet enough. Change these to suit your kids preference. These are not a crunchy biscuit but soft and moist. Perfect for lunchbox treats. Eb x
- 130g banana
- 90g apple
- 50g milk (can use non dairy milk)
- 200g oats
- Tsp vanilla
- 50g sultanas or cranberries or blueberries etc
- 50g white choc chips or dark (optional)
Preheat oven to 160deg and line a baking tray.
Add banana, apple and milk to bowl and blitz on Speed 6 for 10 seconds.
Add oats and vanilla and mix on Reverse Speed 3 for 20 seconds.
Add fruit etc and mix on Reverse Speed 2 for 10 seconds.
Spoon into balls and place on tray, press down to flatten slightly.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Store in the fridge.
