- 200g rolled oats
- 100g coconut oil
- 130g light condensed milk
- 120g dried apricots
- 40g almonds
- 50g coconut
- 200g white chocolate
- 20g coconut oil
Line a slice pan with baking paper.
Add apricots and almonds to bowl and chop on Speed 7 for 5 seconds. SET ASIDE.
Add milk and oil to bowl and melt for 2 minutes at 50deg on Speed 4.
Add apricots/almonds, coconut and oats to bowl and mix on Reverse Speed 3 for 5 seconds.
Press into slice pan and refrigerate.
In a clean bowl add chocolate and oil and melt for 2 minutes at 50deg on Speed 3. Pour over the top of slice and return to fridge.
