Inspiring recipes for the Thermomix

Chocolate Fridge Cake

This recipe came across my news feed after another side had "liked" it.  I immediately started drooling so as soon as I got home from work I quickly converted it for Thermomix users.  I love it when a recipe meets your every expectation and this was beautiful.  Incredibly moist and chocolatey without being too rich.  The original recipe (for non Thermie uses) is from http://theviewfromgreatisland.com/2012/07/cold-chocolate-snacking-cake.html I have reduced the sugar and the icing mix.  This is a morning tea winner.  Eb x
