Caramel Banana Crumble

This is a super sweet decadent dessert so dieters need not apply!!  I really enjoyed it but like everything moderation is the key. Eb x

  • 120g butter chopped
  • 50g sugar
  • 70g brown sugar
  • 150g golden syrup
  • 80g cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste

Add all ingredients into bowl and cook for 8 minutes at 100deg on Speed 2.  Set aside in baking dish to cool.

Chop 2-4 large bananas over the top of the caramel (note I only did 2 but wish I had done 4).

  •  80g brown sugar
  • 100g self raising flour
  • 50g oats
  • 100g butter chopped (softened)
  • 50g choc bits

Add all ingredients and mix for 20 seconds on Reverse Speed 4.

Sprinkle over top of banana and put into oven at 160deg for 15-20 minutes or until golden.

Serve with cream or icecream.
